Job summary

Granite Telecommunications seeks a Relationship Development Sales Associate to manage a dedicated portfolio of existing client accounts, with a focus on proactive engagement, quarterly reviews, and upselling to drive revenue.

You will leverage product knowledge and executive-level relationships to understand client challenges, develop strategic account plans, and expand opportunities across Granite’s product suite. Travel is occasional; strong communication and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2+ years in account management, sales, or client relations with upselling focus.
• Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships.
• Strong organizational and multi-account management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• understands client business challenges and positions solutions effectively.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: primary contact for assigned accounts with tailored support.
• Quarterly Account Reviews: in-depth reviews to assess satisfaction and opportunities.
