Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create strong customer relationships and bank growth through superior customer service.
• Cross-sell and refer products using an effective sales approach.
• Process over-the-counter transactions and assist customers with questions.
• Be knowledgeable of bank operations, products and service offerings.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain acceptable cash level per procedures.
• Adhere to audit and compliance policies and procedures.
• Resolve simple maintenance requests and issues.
• Provide flexibility to cover during banking center hours and other centers as needed.
