Job summary

Everwise Credit Union is seeking a part-time Universal Banker to deliver high-quality service at our Indianapolis, IN branch. You will handle cash transactions, open new accounts, and support ITM operations while promoting credit union products to meet member needs.

In this role you will build relationships, achieve referral and sales goals, and participate in routine outreach to members. The position requires strong communication, discretion with confidential information, and a proactive

Qualifications

• Six months of retail sales or cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds for coin bags and boxes of rolled coin.
• Excellent customer service and needs-based selling skills.
• Strong confidentiality and security awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality member service with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle cash transactions and basic account maintenance.
• Open new accounts and support ITM operations.
• Promote credit union products to meet member needs and refer to partners as appropriate.
• Assist in outbound call efforts and follow-up with members and prospects.
• Participate in occasional vault duties and drawer audits as assigned.
