Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Flexibility to work some weekends and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote products and services based on customer needs and provide consultative advice.
• Support digital banking adoption and assist customers with online and mobile features.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls; identify opportunities to expand relationships and make recommendations.
• Refer customers to banking partners to meet all financial needs.
• Help the team achieve branch goals through sales, service, and training participation.
• Adhere to federal banking regulations and maintain compliance awareness.
