Responsabilités

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and negotiable instruments while minimizing errors.
• Open and maintain consumer accounts, ensuring accuracy and onboarding.
• Engage customers to identify financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Actively participate in referral programs and meet established goals.
• Maintain and balance cash drawer within limits and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person and by phone.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and applicable regulations to support customers.
• Prevent fraud by following procedures and security protocols.
• Comply with banking regulations including Bank Secrecy Act requirements.
