Cleft of the Rock is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer to connect with local business owners and individuals, present insurance solutions, and train new team members. The role emphasizes serving clients, mentoring colleagues, and building lasting relationships in a mission-driven environment.

The position offers training, draw pay plus commissions, and opportunities for advancement. Licensing assistance is provided for Health & Life insurance, with in-person sales scheduled

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain a license (licensing assistance and reimbursement provided).

• Work closely with your manager to set goals and grow your impact in the field
