Job summary

Cleft of the Rock is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer to connect with local business owners and individuals, present supplemental insurance solutions, and mentor new team members. This is an in-person, field-based role with a focus on service and relationship-building.

You’ll train others, set goals with your manager, and grow both professionally and within the team. Licensing assistance is provided if needed, and compensation includes draw pay, commissions, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, service-minded with strong relational skills.
• Proven ability to build trust with clients.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license; licensing assistance provided.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business owners, managers, and employees.
• Present insurance solutions aligned with client needs.
• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations.
• Train and support new team members to build confidence and success.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with your manager to grow your impact in the field.
