Job summary

Cleft of the Rock is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer to connect with local business owners, present supplemental insurance solutions, and train and mentor teammates. This role combines field sales with hands-on coaching to help the team grow and succeed.

You’ll build relationships, listen to client needs, and lead group presentations and one-on-one consultations. Licensing in Health & Life is required or pursued with company licensing assistance, with a compensation package

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain a license with company support.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills with a people-first mindset.
• Willing to train and mentor teammates to grow the team.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business owners, managers, and employees.
• Present supplemental insurance solutions aligned with client needs.
• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations.
• Train and support new team members to build confidence and success.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with manager to set goals and expand field impact.
