Qualifications

• Experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator with a verifiable sales track record.
• Have a Mortgage banking license under DFI and NMLS.
• Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills to manage leads and pipeline.
• Commitment to Howard Hanna Mortgage and cultivating relationships with customers and partners.
• Ability to earn trust with all types of clients.
• Understanding of FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, USDA and conventional loans.
• Professional, approachable, empathetic, responsive and positive.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with agents and applicants to generate repeat business.
• Attend industry events to network and generate leads.
• Host or attend events to promote mortgage products to clients.
• Stay informed about local real estate trends, rates and lending rules.
• Explain mortgage options and prepare lending packages based on client specifications.
• Assist clients with mortgage applications and verify document accuracy.
