Howard Hanna Mortgage is seeking a motivated Loan Originator to research loan options, guide clients through application, approval and closing processes, and build lasting relationships with clients and real estate partners.

A top candidate will have experience in mortgage origination, hold an NMLS license, and demonstrate professional, empathetic, and results-driven service to clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or financial sales professional with a track record.
• Licensed Mortgage Banker under DFI and NMLS.
• Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills to manage pipelines and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with agents and applicants to generate repeat business.
• Attend industry events to network and generate leads.
• Explain mortgage options and assemble lending packages based on client needs.
• Assist clients with mortgage applications and document review for accuracy.
