Qualifications

• Mortgage Loan Originator experience and/or financial sales background preferred.
• Licensed as a Mortgage Banker with DFI and NMLS.
• Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills to manage pipelines and client relationships.
• Commitment to Howard Hanna Mortgage and building lifelong client, agent, and partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with agents and applicants to generate repeat business.
• Attend industry events to network and generate leads.
• Explain mortgage options and assemble lending packages for clients.
• Assist clients with applications and verify documents for accuracy.
