Howard Hanna Mortgage is seeking motivated Loan Originators to research loans, navigate clients through applications and closings, and deliver top-tier service. Leverage our affiliation with Howard Hanna Real Estate to build long-term client relationships and networks across agents and partners.

A top candidate will demonstrate a verifiable sales track record, hold NMLS and DFI licenses, and maintain in-depth knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA and conventional loan products.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or Financial Sales Specialist with a verifiable sales record.
• Licensure: NMLS and DFI mortgage licenses.
• Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills to pursue leads and manage pipelines.
• Ability to cultivate life-long relationships with customers, agents and partners.

Responsibilities

• Build healthy relationships with agents and applicants to drive repeat business.
• Attend industry events to network and generate leads.
• Host or attend events to promote mortgage products to clients.
• Stay informed about local real estate trends, lending rates and regulatory changes.
• Explain loan types and prepare lending packages for clients and collect required documents.
