Job summary

ProSource Wholesale is hiring Inside Sales/Business Development (Account Manager) at our Elk Grove Village showroom. This relationship-driven role focuses on building relationships with contractors, designers, and trade pros to quote, plan, and win projects in flooring, cabinets, and related materials.

You will partner with the showroom team, manage a growing pipeline in CRM, and drive income by expanding your territory and client base.

Qualifications

• Strong sales experience in building materials or wholesale.
• Experience working with contractors/designers/trade pros.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and build relationships.
• Familiarity with flooring or cabinets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with contractors, builders, and designers.
• Be the go-to resource for flooring, cabinets, and project materials.
• Proactively reach out to new trade pros and bring them into ProSource.
• Help clients quote, plan, and win projects.
• Partner with the showroom team to close deals and deliver great experiences.
• Keep your pipeline organized in CRM.
