• Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, quotes, order tracking, and issue resolution
• Coordinate with manufacturers, logistics teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth customer experiences

• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and improve the customer experience
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries while maintaining attention to detail
