• Serve as a primary point of contact for dealers, distributors, builders, designers, contractors, and customers
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service, keeping Excellence as the Standard in every interaction
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, quotes, order tracking, and issue resolution
• Coordinate with manufacturers, logistics teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth customer experiences
• Maintain accurate customer records and customer activity within internal systems
• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and improve the customer experience
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries while maintaining attention to detail
