Responsibilities

• Liaise with Outside Sales to support After Sales team
• Answer incoming calls from queues and provide updates
• Follow up on overdue service tickets and escalate when needed
• Assist with manufacturer escalations and parts orders
• Oversee tickets for U-Line and Marvel and support After Sales team
• Update monthly reports and participate in special projects
