Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow a quality loan portfolio while maintaining relationships.
• Identify and develop new lending and deposit relationships in the Greenbrier market.
• Meet with prospects to understand financial needs and recommend lending solutions.
• Interview loan applicants and gather financial and credit information.
• Evaluate loan requests, collateral and credit history for creditworthiness.
• Structure loan requests in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with Credit Analysts and Loan Assistants throughout the lending process.
• Monitor existing loans and address changes in credit quality or needs.
• Develop new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
