Job summary

Responsibilities include evaluating client needs, preparing loan memos, ensuring documentation accuracy, and coordinating with back-office teams to resolve issues. Strong communication and 3+ years of banking experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with banking or financial services experience.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities when engaging with decision makers.
• Experience underwriting loans and structuring commercial transactions.
• Ability to manage client relationships and multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and underwrite, structure, and close commercial loans.
• Maintain and service an existing portfolio and promote bank products.
• Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours and provide ongoing relationship servicing.
• Coordinate with back-office to resolve credit issues and ensure loan documentation accuracy.
• Engage in community networking and prospecting to generate new business.
