Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Banking or Finance.
• One to three years commercial experience, including commercial loans, credit analysis and loan review.

• Strong client relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Originates commercial loans within assigned geographic region.
• Maintains and services a loan portfolio.
• Works with centralized credit analyst to monitor creditworthiness of borrowers.
• Participates with Collection Department on problem loans.
• Retains, expands and attracts customer base.
• Collaborates with Branch Managers to develop new business and support lending activities.
• Monitors loan quality and follows up with borrowers on past due loans.
• Participates in community-related activities.
