Job summary

Central Bank seeks a Commercial Loan Officer to build and manage a portfolio of commercial loan relationships, including business, real estate, and construction lending. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field preferred; 3–7 years of commercial lending experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of commercial loan relationships, including business, real estate, and construction lending.
• Develop new business through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Meet with clients to understand financial needs and recommend lending and banking solutions.
• Analyze financial statements, credit information, and collateral to evaluate loan opportunities.
• Structure and present loan requests with clear recommendations and supporting analysis.
• Monitor existing loans for compliance and credit quality.
• Identify credit concerns and collaborate with leadership on solutions.
• Deliver responsive, high-quality service to clients and internal partners.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships with treasury management, deposits, and other bank services.
• Develop and maintain strong operating account relationships with commercial clients.
• Comply with Bank Secrecy Act and information security standards.
