Job summary

Central Bank of the Ozarks seeks a Commercial Loan Officer to solicit, develop and manage credit relationships for secured and unsecured loans including commercial, real estate, and construction.

Responsibilities include overseeing the commercial loan portfolio, working with the Chief Lending Officer on complex relationships, and ensuring profitability within bank guidelines. Strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to operate within bank policies, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Typically less than three years lending experience; knowledge of lending procedures and policies, lending regulations, lien laws, and loan documentation.
• Ability to analyze financial statement and loan risk.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to drive a vehicle; valid driver’s license and driving record.
• NMLS registration is required.
