You will handle account servicing, open new accounts, and guide customers through Chase digital tools while following all policies and regulatory requirements. Strong interpersonal skills are essential to deliver a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships through active listening, empathy, and product knowledge, collaborating with branch teammates.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
