Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance and opening new accounts, while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions using digital tools like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge to achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
