Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as the hospitality ambassador of the location and manage client flow.
• Perform accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and deepen relationships by identifying client needs.
• Educate clients on banking products and digital options and refer to partners when appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of basic banking products and services to assess and recommend solutions.
• Handle a broad range of client transactions within established limits and escalate non-standard issues as needed.
