Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, or military experience acceptable).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays; training completion required.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients, serving as hospitality ambassador of the bank location.
• Delivers accurate, everyday banking transactions while deepening relationships by identifying needs and referring clients to partners.
• Educates clients on banking products and self-serve solutions while recommending appropriate solutions.
• Maintains knowledge of basic banking products and services to evaluate and recommend client solutions.
• Performs a broad range of client transactions within established financial limits.
• Identifies and assesses client issues and escalates non-standard issues as needed.
