Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitable, client-focused service in a branch setting. You will greet clients, handle accounts, and guide customers through digital banking tools while maintaining strict compliance and accurate process adherence.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, proactive problem resolution, and teamwork with the branch staff to meet clients’ financial goals. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to exceed client expectations with friendly service.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them as they enter the branch.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology like mobile app, online banking, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships through active listening, empathy, and product knowledge sharing.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and ATM management while adhering to bank procedures.
