Job summary

Responsibilities

Create a quality service experience by ensuring timely resolution to customer needs and overall customer satisfaction.
Abides by company service standards, including greeting customers and making them feel welcome to First Mid Bank & Trust.
Proficiently service customers by accepting and processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency within policy guidelines including deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, cashier’s checks, and other transactions upon request.
Gain manager assistance with suspicious transactions.
Open personal and commercial customer account relationships with full product knowledge.
Performs changes to existing accounts as requested by the customer.
Proactively looks for ways to improve processes that will improve the customer’s experience.
