Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales and service experience with previous success in achieving sales and service goals in retail environment.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate's degree and/or equivalent work experience in sales is preferred.
• Possesses strong sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and perform maintenance.
• Run a Teller drawer as deemed by management.
• Support client engagement through calls, conversations, and follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed sales, service and referral goals as set by management.
• Maintain compliance and risk management standards.
• Provide digital assistance for online banking.
