• Confidential handling of customer and staff information; ensure adherence to policies.
• Coach Tellers and Universal Bankers on sales and operations.
• Assist Branch Manager and act in leadership in their absence.
• Open/close branch processes and oversee scheduling for optimal service.
• Develop retail team goals and track progress to meet corporate initiatives.
• Represent First Mid in appearance and communication; uphold culture.
