Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team members.
