• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions and self-service tools like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and using cash devices in line with bank policies.
