Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Relationship Banking Representative to act as a frontline ambassador, providing a consistent, customer-centric banking experience across teller and desk duties.

The role emphasizes listening to customers, educating them on products and digital tools, and guiding referrals while adhering to bank policies and security standards. The position includes travel to branch locations as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of customer service and/or banking experience preferred.
• Reliability and willingness to travel to multiple branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience in-branch.
• Open new accounts, close accounts, and initiate wire transfers.
• Educate customers on products, services, and digital tools.
• Assist with issue resolution by coordinating with internal teams.
• Follow policies, procedures and security standards.
• Support branch operations and training as needed.
