First Bank in California seeks a Banking Specialist III - Sales Focus to deepen client relationships and cross-sell across bank products. The role combines client service with proactive sales, handling new accounts, loan applications, and product inquiries.

You will work with the branch team to achieve sales goals, participate in community events, and may require NMLS registration. A High School Diploma and 2+ years of sales/banking experience are preferred; Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years of sales and/or banking experience preferred.
• NMLS registration required.
• Demonstrated sales skills and client focus.

Responsabilités

• Expand existing client relationships and develop new ones by understanding needs and offering solutions across bank products.
• Promote alternative delivery channels (Online Banking, Mobile Banking, etc.) and explain benefits to clients.
• Aim to achieve branch and individual sales and referral goals.
• Conduct calls on maturing accounts and follow up on leads and referrals to generate opportunities.
• Assist in initiating sales calls with branch management and business development officers.
