Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum 24 months of sales and/or banking experience preferred.
• Life License (LB) preferred.
• NLMS registration required.
• Developed customer service skills, including written and verbal communication.
• Ability to use a PC and alpha/numeric keyboard.

Responsibilities

• Assuring Branch compliance by performing a variety of tasks, including cash audits and ATM balancing.
• Handling NSF reports and wire approvals.
• Training Banking Specialists I and II on products, policies, and procedures.
• Expanding client relationships and cross-selling across bank products.
• Supporting wire transfers and other operational duties as needed.
• Balancing assigned cash drawer daily and reporting discrepancies to management.
• Cultivating relationships with retail store associates and achieving sales/referral goals.
