• Ability to analyze credit and financial information.

Responsibilities

• Create a memorable customer experience by cultivating, maintaining, and enhancing relationships in an assigned book of business.
• Use a consultative approach with current or prospective customers to uncover needs and tailor recommendations.
• Maintain working knowledge of bank products, services, and processes offered.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure customer needs are met and problems are resolved.
• Analyze customer credit data and other financial information to align solutions with needs.
• Provide customer support reinforcing the value of current and new technology.
