Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales environment preferred; financial industry a plus.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information and build relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Create a memorable customer experience by cultivating and enhancing relationships in an assigned book of business.
• Use consultative approach to uncover customer needs and tailor recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of products and processes offered by the bank.
• Work with internal partners to ensure customer needs are met and problems are resolved.
• Analyze customer credit data to align solutions with needs.
• Provide customer support for technology and services.
• Adhere to Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and related policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
