Job summary

Truist in Atlanta is seeking a customer service oriented teller/relationship consultant to grow client relationships and deliver tailored financial solutions. You will work with clients in person and on the phone, cross-sell products and collaborate with internal partners to meet growth goals.

Responsibilities include handling teller duties when needed, participating in leadership routines, and maintaining compliance with bank policies while delivering a high level of service to both consumer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days and pass background checks.
• Ability to multi-task and travel to accommodate staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships through consultative conversations.
• Cross train to perform teller duties as needed.
• Contribute to meeting branch sales targets by offering products and services.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists and participate in sales routines.
• Attend trainings and stay informed on product knowledge.
