• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days and pass NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Weekend and/or extended hours availability.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine client maintenance requests and resolve problems; sell products and services.
• Meet or exceed client service and branch sales targets by growing relationships.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists after consultative conversations.
• Participate in all components of Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance sales and product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Follow internal controls and risk management policies.
• Provide a consistent service experience with friendly interactions and teller transactions.
