You will cross-train to perform teller duties as needed, advise on consumer lending options, and coordinate with partners to grow the business while maintaining strong compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment and related background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle teller transactions and maintain client records.
• Contribute to meeting sales targets by offering products and services to develop and retain relationships.
• Engage in consultative conversations and refer complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Pursue ongoing sales and product knowledge training.
