Job summary

Truist is seeking a motivated teller/relationship associate in our Atlanta branch to deliver outstanding client service, handle transactions, and introduce digital solutions.

You will support sales and service activities, learn IRM processes, and perform duties with accuracy, compliance, and care. A high school diploma and strong communication are required; occasional weekend hours may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to operate PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and may require weekends/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATM, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and build product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
