Job summary

Truist Wealth is seeking a customer-focused banking professional to deliver industry-leading service in Cedar Point, NC. You will develop and expand client relationships and present financial solutions with cross-selling opportunities. The role may include teller duties as needed and participation in branch sales activities.

You will work in a regular shift, interact with clients, and participate in ongoing product knowledge training to support consumer and small business clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or higher preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.
• Experience in client sales and service is desirable.
• Ability to use basic computer applications including Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days and suitability checks as required.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and varying shifts.
• Weekend and extended hours availability with occasional travel as needed.
• Previous experience in banking or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide an industry leading client service experience both in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand new and existing client relationships.
• Offer financial solutions based on consultative conversations and referrals.
• Cross-train to perform teller duties when needed.
• Meet branch sales targets through relationship development.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists and support the sales process.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Engage clients with courteous, proactive service during transactions.
