Job summary

Truist in Wilmington, North Carolina is seeking a Regular, full-time professional to deliver an industry-leading client service experience and expand client relationships. You will develop solutions through consultative conversations and referrals to other partners to grow business, with occasional teller duties as needed.

The role emphasizes meeting client service and branch sales targets, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 4 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment and pass NMLS checks.
• Ability to multi-task and travel for temporary staffing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand client relationships through consultative conversations.
• Meet or exceed client service and branch sales targets by offering products and services.
• Refer more complex needs to internal specialists and assist with referrals.
• Lead branch sales initiatives and act as an expert resource for the team.
• Provide professional client service with courteous interactions and needs discovery.
• Advise on consumer lending options and process loan applications.
• Adhere to controls, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
