Qualifications

• Two years of customer service and/or banking experience
• Willingness to attend training and travel as required
• Ability to work flexible hours and rotate across branches
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience in every interaction
• Open new accounts, process transactions, initiate wires, and educate customers on features and digital tools
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options
• Coordinate with internal partners to resolve issues and referrals
• Collaborate with branch teams to meet goals and maintain compliance
