Qualifications

• Ability to attend training and travel as needed; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, professional, and personalized customer experience in the lobby.
• Open new accounts, close accounts, initiate wire transfers, and support service requests.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Refer complex needs to specialists and coordinate with internal partners for timely resolutions.
• Support branch operations and participate in training programs and meetings.
