Community Financial System, Inc. is seeking a Relationship Banking Representative to act as a frontline ambassador, delivering a consistent, customer-centric banking experience across teller and desk responsibilities.

You will listen to understand customer needs, educate on products and digital tools, open accounts, and support service requests while coordinating with internal partners to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of customer service and/or banking experience preferred.
• Ability to attend training programs and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional, and personalized customer experience in-branch.
• Open new accounts, process transactions, and educate customers on digital tools.
• Assist with issues, coordinate with internal partners, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Schedule appointments and manage customer flow to minimize wait times.
• Participate in branch goals with needs-based conversations and relationship-building.
