Community Financial System, Inc. seeks a Relationship Banking Representative to serve as a frontline ambassador delivering a consistent, customer-centric banking experience across teller and desk duties in a hybrid role.

You will listen to customer needs, educate on products and digital tools, open and manage accounts, process transactions, and coordinate with partners to resolve issues while upholding bank policies and security standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Internal product knowledge, teller, and platform training preferred.
• Willingness to travel to training locations as required; company covers travel expenses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional, and personalized customer experience in the lobby.
• Process teller and platform transactions accurately.
• Educate customers on products, services, and digital tools.
• Open new accounts, close accounts, initiate wire transfers.
• Assist with issues and coordinate with internal partners to resolve them.
• Guide customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Schedule appointments to manage customer flow.
