Job summary

Truist is hiring for a Retail Customer Service role focused on delivering timely and accurate client transactions while maintaining thorough records. The position emphasizes superior service, outbound outreach, and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to tailor solutions for client needs.

Responsibilities include educating clients on digital channels, assisting with new accounts, and collaborating with branch teams. Occasional travel and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and occasional weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking solutions (ATMs, Online, Mobile).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
