Job summary

Truist in Largo, FL is seeking a customer-focused Teller/Relationship Associate to provide outstanding service and process client transactions accurately. You will help clients identify financial needs and promote digital banking tools while supporting branch sales initiatives.

Responsibilities include handling complex and standard transactions, outbound client outreach, and collaboration with the Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) team to deliver Truist solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Proficient with basic computer applications.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing as needed.
• Ability to work weekends or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions.
• Support sales process via outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
