Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer service professional to provide timely and accurate processing of client transactions and to deliver superior service. You will educate clients on digital banking options while cross-training to support sales and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.

The role emphasizes building relationships, following controls, and assisting with branch operations. Weekend shifts and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers.
• Ability to multi-task and use PC software for branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client service and handle transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital banking (ATMs, Online & Mobile).
• Assist with outbound client outreach and IRM activities.
• Support sales process and refer clients to appropriate staff.
• Follow policies and risk management guidelines.
