Job summary

Truist seeks a Universal Banker to provide timely client transactions, maintain accurate records, and deliver superior service. You will educate clients on digital channels and assist with outbound outreach while supporting Integrated Relationship Management.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2 years of teller or client service experience, with strong communication skills. Regular on-site shifts with potential travel or extended hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and to work weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling complex and standard transactions with accuracy and courtesy.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound calls and referrals to appropriate branch staff.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; assist with new accounts and problem resolution.
