The Farmer's Bank in Indiana is seeking a Universal Banker to provide comprehensive banking services to consumer and commercial clients. The role combines teller duties with relationship-based sales, delivering accurate transactions while ensuring compliance with bank policies.

You will engage customers in meaningful financial conversations, identify needs, and recommend appropriate banking solutions to support financial success. This on-site position demands strong multitasking and teamwork.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior banking, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
Experience working with both consumer and small business clients is a plus.

Deliver excellent service to consumer and commercial clients in person or via phone.
Develop and deepen customer relationships by understanding financial needs and goals.
Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend banking solutions.
Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex concerns as appropriate.
Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and other teller transactions accurately.
Balance cash drawer and maintain transaction records.
Support branch operations including opening/closing and dual control procedures.
Collaborate with team to achieve financial center goals.
